on all Home Broadband Packages.

Why come to IBIS for this service?
Broadband Internet supply is almost exclusively Self-Install.
To remove the hassle and uncertaintity often experienced with Internet
Service Providers we offer an installation service and a local support
number for your broadband service.

What do we do?
1. We assess your computer's suitability for Broadband. If your computer fails the test then IBIS will be pleased
to quote for replacement equipment or an upgrade if appropriate.
2. We establish if your BT telephone line can be upgraded to ADSL for Broadband.
3. We discuss with you the most suitable Broadband package taking into account your specific use of the
internet.
4. We handle all the paperwork with BT and ZEN the Internet Service Provider.
5. When we receive confirmation that your order has been processed we then install the ADSL Modem and
set-up Email on your computer to leave you with a fully working system
6. Any future problems can be addressed via a local phone call to IBIS who will use best endeavours to obtain
a satisfactory resolution.
7.Free USB Modem with all home broadband packages.

What do we charge?
Unlike some broadband installers we do not charge Ł100 to Ł200 to install your home broadband but only
Ł60.00 + VAT. We are sure you must find this a very fair price.
